Comments:
Most who fish Metonga are fishing for either walleye or smallmouth
bass. The introduction of the rusty crawfish to the system some years ago
had a pronounced affect on the weeds in the lake and a blow up in the smallmouth bass population.
With the catch and release fishery, there are smallmouth in here that will tear
your gear up.
