Different Fishing Information Product Options

There are various levels of information for all of our different
products. Please read the descriptions to understand the product you
are interested in.
Guide Series Fishing Spot Products - These
fishing products were created in
consultation with Pro Staff guides. They
include a general lake map, specific coordinate locations,
descriptions of fishing techniques and lures. These advanced
fishing products provide you with exact information and locations that
have been proven to have fish. These fishing product files
are in the pdf (Adobe
Acrobat) format. Download the files, save them to your
hard drive, open, and enjoy.

GPS Series Fishing Spot Products - These fishing spot products are a compilation of
years of fishing experience on the waters provided. The product
is a bundle of files. Included are a pdf (Adobe
Acrobat) that has the lake contour mapping overlaid on
a color air photo of the lake, some descriptive info about the lake's
features. The lake map also has the location of all the fish
that we either caught or researched the location of. The fish are
identified by species! The map also indicates an EGS Fish Zone.
This is the area on the lake that we have or would concentrate on
fishing. The lake boundaries, the fish points, and the EGS Fish
Zones are all provided in the universal .gpx file format. This
format is the universal GPS file format, and can be used to format the
data for any GPS unit. This allows you to upload the information
right to your GPS unit! If you are not able to convert the .gpx
file format for your brand of GPS unit, we'll do it for you!
Just email us, upon purchase, and let us know what kind of GPS unit
you have.

contours shown on the map. Most GPS units have a restricted
number of track logs that you can have on (most have allowance for 10
track logs) The sample below has 6 track log files (4 islands,
main outline, and the EGS Fish Zone). This lake location info
and the fish location info are the most important pieces of data you
will need. Most contour mapping (that is not an EGS Advanced
product) is not particularly accurate. With that, we've provided
the most useful information in the product.

Advanced Series Fishing Spot Products - These products are developed using
the latest in marine mapping technologies and GIS tools. 3D lake
views, 3 ft contour mapping, fish and cover locations, side image
mosaic information, are all used to provide some of the most advanced
fishing information available anywhere! Products include some
individual file downloads and file bundles. Each product
description page will provide the detail regarding the product.
