Anglers - Pro's and Amateurs, test your skills in a fun day of
competition.
This is a professional ice fishing tournament and circuit. You
can join!
Get a partner, fish a qualifying event, and get started in competitive ice fishing.
There is a Saturday pro-am session
to help new competitors learn some of the techniques that the more
seasoned pros are using. This is
the only professional trail that I know of where the elite help the
other competitors. It grows the sport!
Here at ElectronicGuideService.com, I am proud to be a NAIFC Pro Staff
member. Come register for
a tournament. Fish with your friend, fish with your son or daughter. It's a great way to spend the winter.
If you are a team traveling to Rhinelander to pre-fish for a
Qualifier, or the Championship, call our fine lodging sponsors
and ask them about
their top-rate accommodations. The Chamber and the room tax
are the reason why these tournaments are held in Rhinelander.
Talk to them about their competitive rates.

Friday Seminar with NAIFC Pro Staff
This NAIFC Pro Staff Seminar program is geared toward educating new
amateur fishers to the world of tournaments and the best products in
the industry. The seminar starts off Friday night before the
tournament. After the seminar the teams will be paired with NAIFC Pro
Staff in smaller groups. These group tutorials will include specific
techniques on how to catch fish on the lake of the tournament. The
teams will be invited to pre-fish the next morning on the Tournament
Lake. The Pro Staff will fish with the amateur teams demonstrating
techniques needed to compete at the tournament level. The fishers will
feel less pressure to compete against the pros and will be on the fast
track to becoming pros themselves, eventually becoming teachers to
their friends and fishers in the local community.
Kids Ice Camp
NAIFC Pro Staff along with certified instructor Jim Kusuda will
promote fishing education through demonstration in classroom
tutorials. The Ice Camp will be advertised in the Schools and
surrounding community, and will take place in a school. The kids and
parents will then be invited to fish the next morning. Each youth will
be given sponsors products and promotional items. When available the
kids will also enjoy a hot meal and drinks for a break from the
action. Parents must accompany their kids during the event. This is an
excellent opportunity to introduce a new way for kids to enjoy what
the outdoors has to offer. Fishing outdoors and introduction to the
newest technology will give the parent and child a first look at ice
fishing.
